What are your payment terms?

25% deposit with the balance paid immediately before launch date or by negotiation.

How do we communicate?

By telephone, fax and e-mail. If you want a personal visit this can be arranged - a fee may be charged.

How do we know what we ask for is what we get?

You will be given a number of opportunities to view the development of the site live, on-line and make corrections and (limited) changes through the development. The site is only published when you are 100% happy with it.
